I have been a loyal Mama Bamboo subscriber for over a year, and while I love the products, my most recent delivery experience has been incredibly disappointing.
Despite clear instructions on the building reception stating that parcels should not be left there and must be delivered to the individual apartment door, the driver ignored this and left my box in the reception area.
I went down to collect it just minutes after the delivery notification, only to find the outer box had been opened and the nappies were gone.
Because the delivery instructions were ignored:
My order was stolen within minutes.
I am now forced to buy emergency packs elsewhere.
I really value the brand's sustainability and quality, but a subscription only works if the nappies actually make it to my door. I hope Mama Bamboo can look into their courier partnerships to ensure delivery notes are actually followed.

Great product. Really soft against my child's skin and do not smell chemically when wet as some of the leading brands do.
Brilliant wipes - great thickness and lovely and gentle
Maybe it will take some adjustment on my part, but I find that it gets a bit messy with no 2s. However the other taped nappies sometimes don't sit high enough, so this is a nice alternative for longer stints such as at night time. It also allows for more movement.
