How to Sign Up for the S&S Service
In order to sign up for the service, you must choose the Subscribe and Save option when selecting products through the website. This will automatically show you the discounted price for the first order.
In your checkout screen you will be asked to click on "Place My Order". By clicking on this you are agreeing to sign up for the subscription service. This allows us to store your payment details and initiate a regular re-order process.
An email will be sent to you to confirm your new subscription and invite you to complete your account set up.
To access the Manage my Subscription pages, you will need to set up your account and select a password. You can do this this by clicking Account - Mama Bamboo
How the S&S Service Works
Once your subscription has been started, you can manage your account online.
At your set frequency interval (i.e. every 4,6 or 8 weeks) our system will auto-initiate a re-order for the items selected in your active subscription. Product, size, quantity, or colour / design will be according to the active subscription within the system.
An email will be sent to your nominated email account 72 hours before the order processes, allowing you time to make any amendments you require.
Subscription Amendment by You
You can amend your next order at any time before the final email is sent. The final email will be the Order Confirmation. After this is sent, the order cannot be changed and your payment card will be charged.
You can make amendments to your active subscriptions and your impending order through the Manage by Subscription pages.

We reserve the right to make necessary changes to your subscription (for example: product quantity or delivery date) and inform you of changes by email notification ahead of your next re-order being initiated.
We will inform you by email of any impending changes.
Subscription Pricing
All pricing and discount agreements are subject to change without notice. Whilst we endeavour to ensure pricing is consistent and notice is given of planned changes, we are not liable for ensuring individuals are aware of changes beyond the practice of including relevant information within the Order Notification email which is sent before each order processes. Please do check Order Notifications ahead of each order processing.
By signing up to the Subscription Service, you are not 'locking in' the pricing agreement of your initial order. Each 're-order' forms a separate contract and may be subject to pricing amendments.
Sales Contract Terms and Conditions
Each 'order' forms a separate sales contract between Mama Bamboo and yourself and is subject to the current Online Sales Terms and Conditions and Policies as published online.
Each separate order will be charged at the stated prices on the invoice/order confirmation. Payment will be taken from the registered credit card or payment details within 28 days of processing. An order may be placed directly online or in writing by email and we reserve the right to process payment for the requested goods associated.
We reserve the right to make amendments to the Terms and Conditions and Policies without notice. We will endeavour to ensure any changes are published in a timely fashion and highlight materially impactful amendments within Order Notifications.
Replacements
Should a subscription order not be delivered by our courier within 7 days of order confirmation, we may offer a replacement or refund.
If the original parcel does subsequently arrive, we ask you to refuse delivery or return the goods at our expense.

Termination Rights
You have the right to cancel your active subscription at any time. You can do this through the Manage My Subscription pages.
If an order has processed (i.e. an Order Confirmation email has been generated) for an active subscription which you subsequently cancel, the order will continue to be dispatched and payment will be taken.
S&S Reward Rights
At managerial discretion, free rewards and discounts are granted when customers meet set ‘streak counts’ and financial targets. The streak counts, financial targets and offered gifts are determined by the business and can be amended without notice or withdrawn for business purposes.
For clarity, a ‘streak count’ is calculated based on the number of uninterrupted recurrences of a subscription. Size, pack quantities, and processing dates can be amended using the 'swap product' and 'delay order' functionality without impacting the streak counts. Cancellation of the subscription will terminate a streak count and this cannot be revived.
If deemed eligible for a gift, customers will be notified by email or through the subscription portal. Customers have until their next order is processed to redeem their gift, after which they forfeit that gift and will no longer be eligible again until they reach the next streak count and revenue target. Forfeit gifts cannot be reinstated or redeemed at a later date.
