About MANtenatal

MANtenatal is a multi-award-winning antenatal education platform designed to equip dads-to-be with the confidence, knowledge, and skills they need for birth, newborn care, and early parenting. Unlike traditional antenatal classes, which primarily focus on expectant mothers, MANtenatal is built specifically for men, ensuring that dads feel informed, included, and fully prepared for the incredible journey ahead.

Founded by Gordon Dowall-Potter, a father of five, MANtenatal bridges the gap in antenatal education by offering engaging, practical, and relatable courses tailored to the real experiences and concerns of modern fathers.

Endorsed by the NHS, the program covers everything from labour and birth preparation to mental well-being, baby care, and partner support. MANtenatal offers online and on-demand learning, along with a free app and access to a global network of dads via its Discord channel, providing ongoing support and empowering men to take an active role in their family’s journey into parenthood.
