Introducing our NEW Channel Core Technology

As we enter 2026 you will notice an exciting innovation in our nappy designs, as we are introducing NEW channel-core technology in both our nappies and pants. This represents a major step forward in keeping your little one dry, comfortable, and protected over multiple wetting events, whilst also reducing our carbon footprint.

Better for Baby....

Our new channel-core design creates engineered pathways that actively direct fluid away from the baby’s skin the moment wetness occurs. These channels rapidly distribute wetness throughout the nappy dramatically increasing both absorption speed and surface dryness. This fast-acting system is especially beneficial during overnight use, when maintaining dryness for longer periods is essential.

A key advantage of this channel-core technology is its ability to improve rewet performance—the nappy’s capability to handle a second or even a third wee, without releasing previously absorbed moisture back to the skin. By anchoring liquid deeper within the core and preventing saturation in localized spots, the nappy resists compression leaks and keeps the surface consistently dry.

Better for you...

Increased ruching at the back and sides will reduce the chance of leaksThe nappy may appear slightly smaller, however this ruching improves the leakage guard, provides more security overnight and makes the nappy more fitted to your baby's body shape.

The nappies are the same size in measurements, absorbency and weight range - so our size guidelines remain the same.

Better for Mama Earth too...

The make up of the material (i.e. the super absorbent pulp) within the nappy core has not changed but you may notice a difference in the weight of the product, it will feel lighter and a little less 'bulky' but rest assured there is no compromise on its performance. This reduction in weight will allow your baby more comfort and freedom of movement, reduce chances of sagging and mean it is lighter to transport thus reducing our carbon emission impact.

Channel-core innovation enhances comfort, reduces irritation risk, and delivers reliable dryness even during repeated wetting and we are very excited about what this offers our customers and their babies bottoms!
