DPD will text you an estimated time of arrival and offer you options to leave parcels with neighbours or in a safe place or rearrange delivery for another day.
Should a delivery fail and goods are returned to us after the standard delivery/redelivery/hold at depot procedure we will refund goods minus shipping charges and a £16.00 administration fee.
Due to the complications of brexit customs paperwork and VAT we are sorry to say we are no longer shipping abroad as standard practise. If you do wish to purchase our products and have them shipped to you outside the UK, please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org to discuss your requirements.
We will accept any unopened, undamaged goods for a refund or store credit within 21 days of purchase. All we ask is that you pay the return shipping cost (varies depending on your location) as well as an administration and handling fee of £5.95.

Unfortunately we cannot accept returns of opened packs due to hygiene reasons.
If a product is unreasonably handled, and therefore damaged, we reserve the right to deduct a reasonable value from the refund amount.
Please note any postage charges incurred when returning items(s) will not be refunded. All returned goods must be accompanied by an order number or returns number.
