Shipping and Return Policy

DPD will text or email you an estimated time of arrival and offer you options to leave parcels in a safe place, with neighbours or at a DPD Pick-up Shop. 

DPD have launched an arrangement with the Post Office in 2022 which allows parcels to be left at more convenient locations to your address if delivery cannot be made to the nominated address first time. DPD will attempt delivery once to your address or nominated location before taking goods to the a Post Office or  Pick-up location for you to collect at your earliest convenience. 

Should a delivery be refused, fail or goods not be collected from the pick-up point within 7 days the goods are returned to us.  We will refund goods minus shipping charges and a £16.00 administration fee.

International Shipping

Due to the complications of brexit customs paperwork and VAT we are sorry to say we are no longer shipping abroad as standard practice. If you do wish to purchase our products and have them shipped to you outside the UK, please contact us at to discuss your requirements. 

Please be aware that you may be charged customs and duty on entry into your own country. This varies from country to country. Please do check your local customs office for details. 


You have the right to cancel your subscription at anytime, however you cannot cancel a specific order once you have received an order confirmation email. This is because your order will be sent to our fulfilment service at the same time and cannot be altered or stopped. 


We will accept any unopened, undamaged goods for a refund or store credit within 21 days of purchase. Unfortunately we cannot accept returns of opened packs due to hygiene reasons.

We ask that you pay the return shipping cost as well as a return fee of £6.95. This fee represents the reasonable costs of our service in processing your order and is non-refundable.

Please go to our Returns Page to complete the online returns process. Once a return request has been approved all returned products must be received within 14 days of the request date.

If a product is unreasonably handled, and therefore damaged, we reserve the right to deduct a reasonable value from the refund amount.

Please note any postage charges incurred when returning items(s) will not be refunded.  All returned goods must be accompanied by an order number or returns number.
