All products are sent with tracking enabled via Royal Mail and Parcelforce.
Due to the changing nature of the Covid 19 situation, we cannot guarantee delivery within the usual 3-5 days, however we will endeavour to get items out to customers as soon as possible.
Parcelforce will deliver your goods to the door and request an at-distance agreement rather than the usual signature. If you are self-isolating you may request that the delivery person "stands back" when you open the door. Government guidance is to physically distance yourself by 3 m.

Items may have been left with neighbours or in a safe place, or occasionally returned to the office for redelivery or collection.
If goods are returned to us after the standard delivery/redelivery/hold at post office procedure we will refund goods minus shipping charges and a £3.95 administration fee.
Due to the changes put in place to protect our staff in the warehouse, we are no longer accepting any returns. This is to limit the amount of interaction our staff have with couriers and the chance of virus particles coming into the warehouse on opened products.
If you find you have over ordered anything in our Bamaboo Range and your little one has grown more rapidly than expected, you may return any unopened, undamaged packs for a full refund or credit note. All you have to pay is the return shipping cost and an administration and handling fee of £3.95.
Unfortunately we cannot accept returns of opened packs.

If you are not entirely happy with one of Mama Bamboo gift products you may return it to our warehouse for a full refund minus shipping charges within 28 days providing it is repackaged as new.
