Shipping and Return Policy

All products are sent with tracking enabled via Royal Mail and Parcelforce within mainland UK  

Due to the changing nature of the Covid 19 situation, we cannot guarantee delivery within the usual 3-5 days.

Parcelforce have issued the following statement:

"Where we are unable to successfully deliver an item, and the item is returned to one of our depots, we will make a second attempt and after that if unsuccessful, hold that item and return to sender on day 5. This replaces our normal process of holding items for 16 days. Please arrange a redelivery to your address by visiting https://www.parcelforce.com/redelivery#/. This replaces our normal process and the instructions which are printed on our leave-behind cards."

Items may have been left with neighbours or in a safe place, or occasionally returned to the office for redelivery or collection. 

If goods are returned to us after the standard delivery/redelivery/hold at post office procedure we will refund goods minus shipping charges of £5.95 and a £6.60 administration fee. 

International Shipping

Unless explicitly stated otherwise, all international deliveries will incur additional shipping charges. These will be calculated based on weight of ordered products and best available rates. A member of our team will contact you directly to confirm additional charges and issue shipping invoice for payment before goods are dispatched. 

Returns

Overstock Returns

If you find you have over ordered anything in our Bamaboo Range and your little one has grown more rapidly than expected, you may return any unopened, undamaged packs for a refund or credit note. All you have to pay is the return shipping cost as well as an administration and handling fee of £3.95. 

Unfortunately we cannot accept returns of opened packs due to hygiene reasons.

28 Days - No Quibble Guarantee

If you are not entirely happy with one of Mama Bamboo homeware or gift products you may return it to our warehouse for a full refund minus shipping charges within 28 days providing it is repackaged as new.
