Little bundle

Hi
I think the nappies and wipes are great. The customer service is usually prompy. However they are quite expensive now in comparison to other brands now that biodegradable nappies and wipes are much more widely available. The prices are gone up at least 3 times since I have been using them and now you are charged delivery for the little bundle too.

Dinika. I'm glad you like our nappies and wipes, and wanted to let you know that we have reinstated free delivery and bulk purchase discounts again. The international freighting crisis has abated and we are able to offer our customers the same great quality for less once again.

These nappies are great. Kind to baby's skin and most importantly kinder to the environment than standard brands. They outperform other eco nappies in my opinion. It would be great if they could be delivered in brown paper rather than a box, but understand this could be difficult. I'll be repurchasing and recommending to others.

Thank you so much for your review. We really appreciate it. I'm so glad you love our nappies.
We have looked into paper versus cardboard but in order to protect the nappies within during transit we do need to use cardboard.

Mama Bamboo are easily the best.

I've tried all of the major eco-friendly nappy brands and have found Mama Bamboo to easily be the best. They fit our little guy so well; he has quite chubby little legs and these are the only nappies to properly fit around his thighs. With the others it was always a struggle trying to get the two tabs to fit across the tops of his legs, as if the leg opening wasn't big enough. They are also more structured and solid feeling than the others, which I like as they stay on better and hold more liquid without leaking. We've had no rashes since using them either, not surprising given the softness and lack of chemicals! We had to use Pampers once due to having run out of our normal ones and they were the only ones available at our supermarket, and there was such an awful chemical smell when you open them and when they get wet.
I really wanted to like the Kit&Kin ones as the faces are so cute, but they are nowhere near as soft as Mama Bamboo, plus I found they have a weird ridge/fold running across the nappy that my baby would have to lie on, which didn't seem very comfortable. They also seem quite narrow around the waist; at 7.5kg he should have fit the size 3s perfectly, but the waist band only just did up.
The Mum&You nappies are really soft but have very small frills around the legs which get tucked inside more easily and constantly leak. Also the whole nappy is quite soft and floppy which stops it fitting as well. Plus they seem to have a smaller absorbent core.
Mama Bamboo feel super soft but are also thicker and more substantial so do seem to hold their shape better. The frills are a good size too; they tend to automatically sit in the right place, but if they are tucked inside it's very obvious.
Bambo Nature felt quite rough and when they got damp they'd stick to him which looked quite uncomfortable, even if we changed him really regularly.
Mama Bamboo's eco credentials are really impressive too. There is a good table on their website comparing their nappies to the other major eco brands. Our rubbish is incinerated, so the main plus point for me was the fact they are made out of such a renewable source. However, if any of them do have to end up in landfill, it's good to know they'll break down in a few years rather than a few hundred.
The wipes are great too. We tend to use small flannel squares and Weleda liniment to clean his bum, but prefer wipes to do the initial clean up after a poop. They're the right amount of wetness, plus come out individually rather than in a huge clump. Also, the packaging can go in your home compost which is fab. The wipes can too, but as we use them for poop they go in with our normal rubbish. We found the Kit&Kin wipes too dry, and the Mum&You wipes left his bum quite red and sore looking which was annoying.
Overall we're really pleased with these, and the subscription service makes things nice and simple

Thank you so much for your review. We really appreciate it.
