Should a delivery fail for any reason please do contact Royal Mail or Parcelforce directly at the addresses below to start the search and claim process. Note: This must be done within 3 months of the failed delivery: or give them a call on 0344 800 4466

Items may have been left with neighbours or in a safe place, or occasionally returned to the office for redelivery or collection. 

If goods are returned to us after the standard delivery/redelivery/hold at post office procedure we will refund goods minus shipping charges and a £3.95 administration fee.
