DPD will text you an estimated time of arrival and offer you options to leave parcels with neighbours or in a safe place or rearrange delivery for another day.
Should a delivery fail and goods are returned to us after the standard delivery/redelivery/hold at depot procedure we will refund goods minus £5.95 shipping charges and a £6.60 administration fee.
Due to the complications of brexit customs paperwork and VAT we are sorry to say we are no longer shipping abroad as standard practise. If you do wish to purchase our products and have them shipped to you outside the UK, please contact us at email@example.com to discuss your requirements.
